• Repository and channel of communication and information sharing of
books, publications, exemplary and replicable practices, audio video
materials and other knowledge products
• Provides access to: LGRRC Website and Integrated Library Management
System
• Provides access to and use of Local Governance Performance
Management System
• Design, prepare and/or update regularly the Library Catalogues and the
Website
• Assist clients in accessing the LGRRC Website, Databases, E-Library and LGU
Portal
• Establish an internal-control system/data protocol for web content;
• Work closely with the other LGRRC Facilities to ensure harmonized
implementation of LGRRC
• Prepare the Facility Work Plan and Quarterly Accomplishment Reports.
